Adult Workstream

Vision

The vision defined by the workstream is to provide integrated care across a robust continuum of clinical and support services delivered by competent DHB Provider Arm and community based Non Government Organisation (NGO) providers that support early diagnosis and rapid acute treatment, rehabilitation and recovery services that respond to meet the needs of individuals.

Membership

We are currently in the process of reconfirming the workstream.  Further information will be included once this process is finalised.
